How does the Buyer's commision work?

When representing a home-buyer, @listings enters in a Buyer - Broker Agreement as required by law as of 8/17/2024. Instead ot the usual 2% - 2.5% traditional agents charge, @listings only charges 1.25% of the Purchase Price. 

In this example:
You pay $1,000,000 for a house and you only owe @listings $12,500. Of course, if the seller is offering commission to the Buyer's agent, the Buyer may not have to pay @listings anything.
