SELLERS:
Traditionally, brokers have charged a 6% commission when a listing home. 3% is then assigned to the broker who represents the buyer.
@listings charges a flat listing fee:
- One and one-half Percent of selling price for all homes sold*
On a $1,000,000 home you save $15,000 on the listing commission.
On a $5,000,000 home you save $50,000 on the listing commission!
In addition to what you pay@listings, it's the Seller's choice as to whether or not to offer to pay the buyer's agent a commission. However, if a Seller offers a commission to the buyer's agents, this aqll but ensures all agents will show your listing and still allows you to save thousands on the fee to@listings as your listing broker.
