Traditionally, brokers have charged a 6% commission when a listing home. 3% is then assigned to the broker who represents the buyer.

@listings charges a flat listing fee*:

• One and one-half Percent of selling price for all homes sold*

On a $1,000,000 home you save $15,000 on the listing commission.

On a $5,000,000 home you save 50,000 on the listing commission!

You Still Pay the Buyer's Agent

In addition to what you pay@listings, we recommend that you pay the buyer's agent the customary commission. This ensures all agents will show your listing and still allows you to save thousands on the fee to@listings as your listing broker.

*In addition to our flat fee, an administration fee of $1,500 is charged per transaction.
